VH (Very High): The simple solution here is to make this enormous opportunity high priority with "Not pursued" ruled out.
H (High): Lack of Funding risk is being mitigated by having potential investors review biz plan after signing NDA and possible Patent recognition letter.
M (Medium): The risk of "Others Beat to Market" is of no concern because there is plenty of market share to go around and our method of delivering monitored data will be a game-changer proven from doing Engines for commercial airlines. There is ample room for competition of a few that may develop this unique capability that has significant profit potential (enough to go around like several luxury automobile manufacturers that all co-exist). The intent is to be first to market, but if not no concern since we will be the best available option in marketplace with the highest quality and guaranteed lowest price offering from having the least overhead expenses with the fastest and most simple subscription services.
